Refund policy

At Zenith Crystals EP, every crystal is hand-selected with intention, cleansed with care, and sent to you with loving energy. We want you to feel aligned, empowered, and absolutely in love with your purchase.
If something doesn’t feel right, we’re here to make it right.

Due to the unique and delicate nature of crystals, we accept returns on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

  • The product must be in the same condition you received it

  • You must contact us within the 7-day window

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • A clear photo of the item

    Refunds (if approved)

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

    If approved:

    • Your refund will be processed to your original payment method

    • Refunds may take 3–7 business days to appear, depending on your bank

    Shipping costs are non-refundable.


    Damaged or Incorrect Items

    If your order arrives broken or incorrect, don’t worry — we’ve got you.

    Please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with:

    • Photos of the product

    • Photos of the packaging

    • Your order number

    We will replace the item or issue store credit depending on availability.

     

  • Reason for requesting a return

Once approved, you’ll receive instructions on how and where to send your item.
